Three flood lights and a scrim gives the impression of a window. This image intentionally lets the warmth of the tungsten bulbs stay. Lens was 85mm 1.8 Nikkor at 1.8.

Keeping the subject looking straight into the main light and letting the backlight be 1/2 stop brighter gives the image a bit of a glow. I stood on a mini step ladder to get a downward angle.
