This was a dressing room in a posh hotel. Model was actually primping just before the shoot. Small, portable strobe lit the room with 1/2 under exposure balanced for the tungsten on the desk and around the mirror.

Her pose and casual body language make the image into a very soft, sexy style. The "lighting" is almost not noticeable so the shot looks believable.
