In an old warehouse. I used two "work lights" on each side of the camera and exposed for the windows to blow out. A bit of Pshop action to make the background less obvous and more mysterious and a hint of silhouette in the dress. All make the image a bit sexy. The models natural pose and demeanor help as well.
